Our Seniors Program hosted a foot-care session for our seniors that was delivered by Alberta Healthcare Nurses. At this session, Seniors were able to recieve cleaning and medical advice on how to improve foot health.

On Jan. 7, our Seniors Program partnered up with the Muttart Conservatory to deliver an unreal experience to the attendees participating. The Seniors were able to observe the various plants available while inquiring about farming details around Edmonton. This field trip was the introduction to the Seniors Program’s planting workshops that will be spread out
On January 4, 2024, our youth program facilitated a field trip towards the end of the winter break to close out 2023 with a splash! Youth facilitators took the kids to Clareview Recreational Center where two groups would alternate between swimming and an indoor playground! With food also served, the kids had a fun day
