Career Fair Training

Program includes:

• Finding the right career fair: Learn how to identify events that match your experience, interests and career goals.
• Preparing for the event: Know what to research, what to bring and how to dress professionally.
• Introducing yourself: Practise approaching employers and talking confidently about your skills and experience.
• Speaking with employers: Learn which questions to ask and how to have a professional conversation.
• Following up: Understand how to reconnect with employers and continue the conversation after the event.

What participants gain:

Participants leave with a clearer career fair strategy, stronger communication skills and more confidence speaking with potential employers. They will also be better prepared to present their experience, ask meaningful questions and follow up on promising job opportunities.
