AIWCC offers support to those new to Canada and Alberta who are seeking employment. In the Employment Programs, newcomers will learn how to build resumes, apply for jobs, use modern technology necessary for employment, and much more. These programs are designed for all newcomer clients who are eligible to work in Canada.


Career Fair Training

This program is designed for newcomers who are interested in learning more about career fairs and how to find employment through one. You will learn how to find career fairs, how to prepare, how to secure a job, and more.

This is a classroom-style computer training program that teaches newcomers basic computer skills needed to get a job and do that job well. You will learn how to create resumes online, write emails, type documents, use a printer, and much more.
