• Job searching: Learn where to find opportunities and how to recognize suitable positions.
• Resumé development: Build a clear, professional resumé that presents your experience and strengths.
• Job applications: Learn how to complete and submit applications effectively.
• Interview preparation: Understand what to expect, how to dress and how to prepare before an interview.
• Mock interviews: Practise answering common questions and receive support to improve your responses.
• Workplace success: Learn about punctuality, teamwork, professional clothing and workplace expectations.
• Building new routines: Develop practical strategies for balancing work with everyday responsibilities.

What participants gain:
